Welcome to the Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure Terms and conditions page, please read these carefully prior to making a booking with Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure

General Terms

Your use and purchase of products and services from Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

Prices and Payment
The prices for goods and services displayed for sale are Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure prices and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they may apply. Prices displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure cannot accept your order until you have paid a non refundable deposit of a minimum of £50 unless otherwise agreed. Upon payment of your deposit, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email or mail which will be sent to the appropriate address provided on your order details. Whether or not you receive the mail or email of our acceptance of your order, a completed and signed booking form will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.  All goods, whether delivered or not, remain the property of Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure Ltd until paid for in full. 

Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your order within 14 days of making your booking.  If you wish to cancel your order this can be done by either phoning our office on 01275 463614 or writing to our registered office.  If you cancel your order after 14 days of making your booking, you will not receive your deposit.  If a cancellation is made within 1 month of your event, you will still be liable to pay the full amount for your booking.

General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reasons by act of god, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within reasonable control of Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure .  If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.  To the extent permitted by law Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure accept no liability for any loss damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.  These terms and conditions and any contact between us shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us. All damages carried out by members of a booked party are fully liable and include the full cost of replacement with an item identical to that damaged at its retail price. The person making the booking is therefore liable for any damages made by any party included in that booking.

The service we provide
The service provided to you in accordance with this contract is described in our brochure and on our website.  We reserve the right to change the content or description of any products or services at any point in time due to circumstances beyond our control.  We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any point in time should we foresee any problems relating to the supply of the goods or services.  We will always endeavor to contact you at the earliest point in time should there be any need to cancel the contract or amend any contents therein.  Any theft or damages to our equipment at the location of the booking will be liable to you.  Under certain circumstances, we may find it necessary to provide a third party to supply the service and we retain our rights herein.   We reserve the right to withdraw our service at any time during an event as a result of disorderly or criminal behaviour of any third parties that we feel may pose a risk to other third parties and our staff.

In these terms and conditions:-
'Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure' means Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor of its business;
'We, our and Us' means Goulds Farm Educational and Adventure either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
'You' means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
