Goulds Farm lies at the heart of the gold coast in North Devon surrounded by three of the Britain's best beaches. Saunton Sands is a five mile long beach, famous for the dunes that form Braunton Burrows, the East and West courses on the Saunton Golf Course and the fantastic beach which is now a mecca for the surfing '"Longboarding" enthusiasts.

Croyde Bay is one of the most famous surfing beaches in the UK, a fantastic beach for surfing with the renowned 'low tide' banks that create the best beach break in England.

Woolacombe beach has been named in the top 10 beaches in the world, the amazing fine golden sand, crystal clear water and excellent facilities and access make this one of the most popular beaches in the UK for families and water sports enthusiasts.

Around the North Devon countryside, the are a wide variety of rural pursuits. Exmoor and Dartmoor provide excellent hill walking and orienteering, not too mention the views. Other local facilities include a new championship karting centre in Barnstaple, The Mill indoor climbing centre at South Molton with it's recently opened 'state of the art' indoor climbing wall and a host of family friendly venues including the 'Milky Way' at Clovelly and the 'Big Sheep' near Bideford.
